Rose Rhinestone Fascinator

It’s time for a wedding!

Rhinestones and roses are a great combination for a wedding. This fascinator sits on a hair band but is removable to store free from dust and dirt.

Here you can see the two pieces taken apart. Heavy duty Velcro hold the two pieces together for wearing.

I made the large satin rose for this fascinator and nestled it in a bed of delicate white hackle feather. I gathered French veiling to form a circular ruffle after I added tiny rhinestones around the edge. The rose sits in the center and among the folds of the rose are delicate acrylic crystal stamens to catch the light.

This is for the bride who wants glamour and yet a simple elegant headpiece. The soft hackle feathers fall naturally around the head.

This close-up shows you how the crystal stamens catch the light.
